Admin Clerk / Assistant
- To perform Administrative and Office Support activities.
- To perform Reception activities such as handling phone calls, etc.
- To maintain systematic filling system, properly updated and managed index.
- To ensure all daily operations are running smoothly.
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM, STPM, “A” Level, Pre-U or higher, any field.
- At least 2 years of experience in full spectrum of the admin function
- Good organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and to work independently to facilitate the establishment and smooth running of the admin function of the company.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, independent and self-motivated
- Proficient in the use of all Microsoft Office tools
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese.
- Able to work independently.
