We are an established Model and Event Management company seeking qualified and dedicated individual to join us for the following position:
Job descriptions/ responsibilities:
– Provide general administrative support such as preparing correspondence, forms and tracking deadline for submission of HR and account documents.
– To coordinate of incoming and outgoing calls and manage the front desk.
– Open sort and distribute incoming correspondence including faxes and e-mail.
– Prepare, file and retrieve documents, records and reports to ensure proper handling.
– Administer the office management, correspondence and appointments.
– To manage all other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the management from time to time.
– Candidate must possess at least a STPM/Higher/ Graduate Diploma in Secretarial, Mass Communication, Business Studies, Administration, Management or equivalent.
– Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in administration and providing basic PA support to the General Manager.
– Computer literate with good command of oral and written communication skills in English.
– Well-organized with good interpersonal skills and pleasant character.
– Able to work well under pressure, fast learner, meticulous, attention to details and independently with minimum supervision.
– Poses own transport and willing to travel.
We are the organizer for ‘Miss Earth Sabah ‘ annual program event.
