- Provide office administrative support and secretariat service, eg. coordinate sales & marketing conferences, lodging arrangement, office maintenance upkeep.
- Supervise Admin Assistant in International Key Accounts (IKA) sales order submission.
- Monitor, compile and tabulate KA sales activities, sales performance, promoter report and incentive.
- Supervise Admin Assistant in compilation and distribution of activities reports from Sales dept to all relevant parties.
- Assist in preparations and distribution of marketing collaterals and sales report, Advertisement & Promotion submissions.
- Preferably diploma in Business administration or similar discipline.
- More than 3 years working experience in Sales support.
- Computer literate, especially MS Office applications.
- Resourceful, meticulous and able to work with minimum supervision.
