And AINO Projects where we specializes in kitchen systems and floorings mainly for new residential and even commercial developments.
Admin Assistant / Admin Executive
- Resolve administrative problems and inqueries.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointment and travel arrangement for the installation team.
- Coordinate and maintain the record of telephone and overtime.
- Arrange the schedule of the installation workers in order for them to run the tasks smoothly.
- Handles requests from the customers and workers.
- Coordinate and manage the problems occured from the installation team at site.
- Responsible in planning, organizing, of all office management/ assest management effectively.
- Ensure that day to day administration and operational requests or issues and any jobs assigned are looked into and solved in an efficient, effective and professional way.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Secretarial or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
- 2 Full-Time position(s) available.
- Must possess own transport and able to travel between the head office and site.
