HR Assistant (1 Year Contract)
(Penang – Bayan Lepas)
Training & Development
– Training activities administration – training logistics, associates registration, liaise with training provider, training equipment etc.
– Liaise with training provider on training registration and confirmation.
– HRDF administration – application and claim.
– Training room administration.
– Training payment process.
– Training fulling system – training attendance, training evaluation, training effectiveness, competence management.
– Document controller.
– Data entry for training evaluation and other training reports.
– Assist with training reports and presentation.
– Assist with quality audit.
Compensation & Benefits
– Data entry for new associates – Direct/Indirect.
– Invoice checking for outsource workers.
– Leave data entry.
– Employee clearance administration.
– Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in HR or any business field.
– Required skill(s): Excel, Words.
– Excellent knowledge in computer programs such as MS Excel, MS Words etc also office administration filling system.
– Able to prepare and generate reports.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
