Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing the client relationship with stakeholders in Finance or HR or IT service delivery area.
  • Act as central point of contact for any relationship management between Sime Darby’s Business Divisions as part of a world-class, high-performance shared service organization.
  • Responsible for service delivery performance through Service Performance and Customer Relations initiatives and activities to improve and enhance service level of the Global Services Centre.

Requirements

  • A recognised degree in Business Administration / Information Technology / Finance / Accounting, ACCA qualification or equivalent professional qualification (ITIL v3 certification, ACCA qualification, 6 Sigma Green Belt)
  • 2 to 3 years Managerial level experience in a service management environment
  • Experience in Client Relationship Management roles.
  • Experience in managing multiple complex Client portfolios.
  • Experience and knowledge in managing SLAs, OLAs and underpinning contracts.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible to coordinate and manage operational treasury activities
  • Drive towards effective and efficient cash management solutions, including identify appropriate investment opportunities
  • Responsible for overall liquidity management, including review of cash flow projections
  • Review and monitor foreign exchange exposure and explore solutions to mitigate risk
  • Develop and implement initiatives for enhancement of treasury activities
  • Possess ability to communicate well with all levels of management internally and external parties including auditors, bankers and relevant agencies

Requirements

  • Degree in Finance or other related discipline or professional accounting qualifications (eg. ACCA or MICPA)
  • Have experience in treasury operations
  • Posses strong drives and initiatives for change towards the improvements of the treasury operations and control
  • Teamplayer, proactive and innovative
  • User-based experience with AvantGard Integrity will be an added advantage
