- Ensure the maximization of utilization of the room allocation for classes and full occupancy of classrooms and facilities.
- Ensuring classrooms are allocated at the commencement of an intake.
- To assist in the assessment of requests to use classroom space and monitoring of class cancellation/ movement.
- Ensuring that internal and external bookings of event are recorded in the Events Report. To avoid overly committing to external parties and ensuring that internal resources are looked at prior.
- To assist in the preparation and analysis of classroom utilization reports.
