Senior Executive



  • Execute and administer structured in house and external Learning/Training Development programs by getting the right training providers with the right intended curriculums and modules, as well as ensuring the availability of the right identified employees to attend the right identified employees to attend the programs


  • Co-ordinate in the formulation of the Learning curriculums and modules. Source and compile data base of Learning Providers profiles for references. Analyze the effectiveness of the programs and obtain a feedback from participants. Propose improvement to enhance the effectiveness of the programs


  • Evaluate and track the effectiveness of the competency profiling tools and its implementations, and proposed enhancements as necessary


  • Identify, evaluate and propose suitable developmental areas and counseling tools/programs available in the market and advice Heads of Departments, leaders and superiors on the selected methodologies
  • Verify and administer the implementation of overall learning administration comprise i.e . Training nominations, HRDF reimbursement and training expenses claims


  • Address and resolve any rising issues pertaining to staff learning needs. Track and monitor the implementation of the Learning/Training program in line with Training/Learning Management Policies and Procedures


  • Gather, nalyse and prepare Prasarana’s annual training development budget requirements. Tracks and monitor the utilization of the budget and propose cost saving measures


  • Source, gather and evaluate leadership, career planning and counseling tools, methodologies and programs and proposed draft recommendations of suitability for reviews


Qualification and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science, Human Resource, Psychology or any Business Studies qualification from a recognized university


  • Substantial and proven experience with three (3) to five(5) years focus in Training, Learning and Development

Professional Qualities

  • Preferably to have a proven track record of Talent Management and Development practices such as training/learning management, competency development, training assessment methodologies and training administration i.e HRDF, Training Calendar, Training Evaluation etc


  • Strong verbal and written communication skills both in English and Bahasa Malaysia


  • The person must be passionate about the Human Capital related projects, able to facilitate and drive change and cultural transformation and possess willingness to lead.


  • Excellent Interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with others at all level of an organization and to consistently display a high level of professionalism in all interactions


  • An analytical aptitude would be an advantageous with creativity and innovation to spring ideas as well as share knowledge


  • Strong leadership style, dynamic, strategicand possess high level of business senses; a business result and people driven person


  • Highly motivated with a strong interest in people development and handling Human Capital related issues
