Senior Executive

 

Responsibilities

  • Execute and administer structured in house and external Learning/Training Development programs by getting the right training providers with the right intended curriculums and modules, as well as ensuring the availability of the right identified employees to attend the right identified employees to attend the programs

     

  • Co-ordinate in the formulation of the Learning curriculums and modules. Source and compile data base of Learning Providers profiles for references. Analyze the effectiveness of the programs and obtain a feedback from participants. Propose improvement to enhance the effectiveness of the programs

     

  • Evaluate and track the effectiveness of the competency profiling tools and its implementations, and proposed enhancements as necessary

     

  • Identify, evaluate and propose suitable developmental areas and counseling tools/programs available in the market and advice Heads of Departments, leaders and superiors on the selected methodologies
  • Verify and administer the implementation of overall learning administration comprise i.e . Training nominations, HRDF reimbursement and training expenses claims

     

  • Address and resolve any rising issues pertaining to staff learning needs. Track and monitor the implementation of the Learning/Training program in line with Training/Learning Management Policies and Procedures

     

  • Gather, nalyse and prepare Prasarana’s annual training development budget requirements. Tracks and monitor the utilization of the budget and propose cost saving measures

     

  • Source, gather and evaluate leadership, career planning and counseling tools, methodologies and programs and proposed draft recommendations of suitability for reviews

Requirements

Qualification and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science, Human Resource, Psychology or any Business Studies qualification from a recognized university

     

  • Substantial and proven experience with three (3) to five(5) years focus in Training, Learning and Development

Professional Qualities

  • Preferably to have a proven track record of Talent Management and Development practices such as training/learning management, competency development, training assessment methodologies and training administration i.e HRDF, Training Calendar, Training Evaluation etc

     

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills both in English and Bahasa Malaysia

     

  • The person must be passionate about the Human Capital related projects, able to facilitate and drive change and cultural transformation and possess willingness to lead.

     

  • Excellent Interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with others at all level of an organization and to consistently display a high level of professionalism in all interactions

     

  • An analytical aptitude would be an advantageous with creativity and innovation to spring ideas as well as share knowledge

     

  • Strong leadership style, dynamic, strategicand possess high level of business senses; a business result and people driven person

     

  • Highly motivated with a strong interest in people development and handling Human Capital related issues

Manager – Business Partner

Responsibilities

To provide full end to end HR Services to Business Unit as a partner to ensure all HR functions and services are provided and delivered in efficient manner with effective communication and implementation through HCD policies, initiatives and compensation in line with Human Capital Strategy to support Group’s overall goals and objectives.

Key Accountabilities :

1) Relationship Management – Building and maintaining relationship with internal/external customers, thereby serving as an ambassador for HR and the Group within the Business Units and Subsidiaries.

2) This involves all Human Resources process, function and service ie; recruitment, resignation, transfer, re-designation, promotion, compensation and benefits and administration of Human Capital within the Business Units.

3) Employee & Industrial Relations – Be the first point of contact for all Business Units in all ER/IR related matters and ensuring all queries, issues and/or problems are addressed efficiently and promptly.

4) Manpower Management – Managing Business Units manpower /human capital for all types of employment includes permanent, temporary, contracts, freelance etc. This includes engagement, interaction and communications with all staff.

5) Employee Development – Responsible for ensuring accuracy in processing the performance ratings. Ensure that HR and/or Group initiatives like Talent Management, Total Performance Management and Personal Development Plan are being implemented and conducted as per requirement.

6) Supporting the Business Units and/or Subsidiaries with HR information on employees and compensation policies to enable movement within jobs and positions/role.

 
Requirements

Qualification and Experience

 

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 10 years in human resource with three (3) to five (5) years in managerial level
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience as a generalist in Human Resource process & function within an organization
  • Experience working in group of companies with over 1000 staff strength would be highly recommended and an added advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sound Information Technology skills and knowledge

Responsibilities

Support and assist the Head of Section on internal communication, staff welfare and services and other staff related matters, such as on company benefits, in order to improve performance within the job for the benefit of the organization in line with the Company objectives
Key Accountabilities

 

  • To plan and timely organize welfare activities to ensure staff received their benefits without delay
  • Establish methods to keeps employees timely informed of the current issues/development of staff matters to facilitate good employee relations
  • Initiate and liaise with staff or department for complete data in preparing for staff medical benefits and board paper to ensure immediate responds in line with HCD policies and procedures
  • Assist in evaluating the nature of employees needs, such as medical surveillance for prolong hazards employees to ensure good and fair practice
  • Accountable in seeing through any transactions in any event, smoothly
  • Assist in planning and preparing Employee Relations financial and manpower budget to meet the current and future needs or section
  • Schedule, formulate and organize HC Engagement Program on weekly or monthly basis in line with Company’s mission and vision

Requirements

Qualification and Experience

 

  • At least a Degree from recognized from recognized university / Higher Institution
  • Minimum six (6) years working experience in related field
Professional Skills

 

  • Good working knowledge of current trends and practices in Human Capital Management and Malaysian Labour Law
  • Well developed maturity, emotional stability, and strong organizational skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to exercise multi-tasking and able to work independently

Universiti Teknologi MARA dengan ini mempelawa calon-calon Bumiputera Warganegara Malaysia yang berkelayakan dalam bidang-bidang yang berkaitan untuk mengisi kekosongan jawatan kontrak di Fakulti Perubatan UiTM Kampus Selayang / Sg Buloh bagi memenuhi Wawasan 2020 Negara.

Calon bagi lantikan memiliki kelayakan seperti berikut:-

1) PEGAWAI PEMULIHAN PERUBATAN (KONTRAK) (CARA KERJA) (GRED U41)

(a) warganegara Malaysia;

(b) berumur tidak kurang dari 18 tahun pada tarikh tutup iklan jawatan;

(c) Ijazah Sarjana Muda kepujian dalam bidang pemulihan perubatan yang berkaitan yang diiktiraf oleh kerajaan daripada institusi-institusi pengajian tinggi tempatan atau kelayakan yang diiktiraf setaraf dengannya;

dan

(d) Lulus Bahasa Malaysia/ Bahasa Melayu (termasuk lulus Ujian Lisan) pada peringkat Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia atau kelulusan yang diiktiraf setaraf dengannya.

2) PEGAWAI OPTOMETRI (KONTRAK) (GRED U41)

Calon bagi lantikan memiliki kelayakan seperti berikut:-

(a) warganegara Malaysia;

(b) berumur tidak kurang dari 18 tahun pada tarikh tutup iklan jawatan;

(c) Ijazah Sarjana Muda Optometri yang diiktiraf oleh kerajaan daripada institusi-institusi pengajian tinggi tempatan atau kelayakan yang diiktiraf setaraf dengannya oleh kerajaan;

dan

(d) Lulus Bahasa Malaysia/ bahasa Melayu (termasuk lulus Ujian Lisan) pada peringkat Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia atau kelulusan yang diiktiraf setaraf dengannya.

PERHATIAN KEPADA PEMOHON

a) Setiap permohonan mestilah disertakan salinan sijil-sijil yang telah disahkan.

b) Hanya permohonan yang ditapis-senarai akan dipanggil untuk temuduga. Pemohon yang dipanggil TEMUDUGA  perlu membawa dokumen-dokumen asal untuk diserahkan kepada setiausaha temuduga.

c) Pemohon-pemohon yang tidak menerima jawapan daripada pihak universiti selepas tiga (3) bulan dari tarikh ditutup hendaklah menganggap permohonan mereka TIDAK BERJAYA.

Permohonan hendaklah dibuat dengan menggunakan Borang Perjawatan Universiti Teknologi MARA yang boleh diperoleh dengan melayari laman web UiTM di http://www.uitm.edu.my dan di http://www.medicine.uitm.edu.my atau juga boleh didapati sendiri di Fakulti Perubatan UiTM Kampus Selayang /Sungai Buloh. Sila nyatakan jawatan yang dipohon di penjuru atas sebelah kiri sampul surat.
